Zipping, Zooming Bats: We have been learning about bats this week. Our magazine from National Geographic featured these interesting flying mammals. We will fly the colorful bat kites that we made. Next week, we will learn more fun facts to know and tell about our furry friends.

The Kindergarten learns two new languages! We are learning to count in Spanish. The children love playing games with Mrs. Anderson and often use the Spanish color words. Our 7th grade friend, Kaitlynn Schwark came in to work with us on sign language. She has a great deal of experience as she has an older and younger sister who are deaf. She taught us the alphabet, number and color words as well as a few questions. We will hope to learn a song using sign language.
Worship the Lord with
your family this weekend!
